Bookings
A first night non-refundable deposit is required upon all bookings, we take cards, cash, or BACS.
We are unable to refund payments, should you leave before the end of your booked stay.
We do not take group bookings, unless by prior arrangement with the owners (D of E Groups welcomed) we cannot take hen or stag parties.
We reserve the right to change prices and conditions, without prior notice.
We are a tranquil site.
Arrivals & Departure
Check in is from 2pm to an hour before dusk (or 8pm in the summer months) please report to reception upon arrival by ringing the bell at the entrance gate. Check out is 12pm (late check outs are available for an additional fee)
We cannot guarantee a specific pitch, though we will make every effort to accommodate guests on their preferred site.
Pets
We are a popular site with pet owners. No more than 2 dogs per pitch, which must be kept on a lead at all times, as we have livestock on the premises.
Persistently barking dogs will not be tolerated. No aggressive or dangerous breeds.
Dog faeces on the site will not be tolerated! Please bin it.
Behaviour & Noise
We pride ourselves as a tranquil park, we ask that customers respect their neighbours and the surrounding area. Please always keep noise to a reasonable and undisturbed level, between 10pm and 8am.
No loud TVs/music please.
Offensive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour, or any other actions likely to cause harm to another guest, member of staff or to anybody’s property, will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to ask a person to leave the site, if, in the opinion of the owner, they have not complied with these reasonable standards of behaviour.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse entry to any person, or group of persons, who, in the reasonable opinion of the owners, we believe, might not comply with the above. In such a case a full refund will be issued.
Liability
The owners cannot be held responsible or liable, for any loss, damage, or injury, to property or persons, however it is caused. We advise all guests to check that they have insurance cover for all personal and third-party risk, during their stay.
Occasionally we will take photos to advertise our park. If you do not wish to be in the picture, please make this known to the photographer. We are unable to make any financial reward for appearing on our photos.
Facilities
No campfires are allowed and only gas BBQ's are permitted.
Our site does not have the facility to charge electric vehicles. The nearest charging point is at Heatherslaw.
Please leave toilets and showers in the same state of cleanliness as you would hope to find them.
Smoking is allowed, however if you are going to smoke on site, please pick up your butts.
Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation: you must inform us either by telephone, or email, as soon as possible. All payments received are non-refundable, however you will have the option to move your booking to a future date before the end of our season.
Please note if we receive less than 2 weeks notice for any cancellations the customer may still be liable for the full balance of the stay.
